From seamless order management to innovative loyalty programs, Celadonsoft has delivered an entirely new approach to restaurant network management.

Challenges Solved
- The fragmentation of order channels - it was necessary to combine all restaurants in one network, including online and offline orders, into a single system.
- User’s retention increase - creating the product, we have also decided to implement a complex loyalty system from scratch to not only attract new customers in the app but also make them permanent.
- Integration with POS systems - it was crucial to synchronize offline orders with online loyalty to accounts for all guests of the network.

- Assortment and menu management - all four countries - UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman - and all restaurants, all products, and all analytics data tables are now combined in one admin panel.
- Optimization of operational processes - reduce the number of manual actions of staff and the costs for management of orders and client base.
Our collaboration began with redesign of web and mobile application for regional network in the Emirates. Today, the project encompasses an application for online cake orders, web applications, delivery apps, and both mobile and web versions of an admin panel for administration and couriers
